About

A small Portland team. One job: water at your door.

Portland H2O is local. We were born out of a question: why does getting a 5-gallon bottle of water in Portland still mean a phone call, a back-and-forth, and a half-day wait? It shouldn't. So we built a service where you pick a date, tell us a zone, and the water shows up.

Today we don't bottle the water ourselves. We source from a trusted local supplier and run the delivery. Our scheduler — we call her Karen — handles bookings, WhatsApp questions, and the gentle nudge before you run out next time.

What's next — Phase 2

Once we've proven the delivery model across Portland — and we're getting close — we open our own filtration facility in Port Antonio town. That gives us walk-in pickup, faster turnarounds, and wholesale rates for hotels.

We're not naming a date yet. We'd rather underpromise the timeline and overdeliver the water. When we sign the lease, you'll be the first to know.

Why we built it this way

No app. Most Portland customers don't want another app. The site loads in a second and the booking form takes under a minute.

No subscription. Monthly auto-charges feel like getting trapped. Instead, we learn your rhythm and ask before each delivery. You always say yes or no.

No phone tag. WhatsApp, the booking form, or both — same result. You don't have to know which path Karen took to confirm your order.

Honest delivery fees. Long Bay is further than Boundbrook. The fee reflects that. We don't bury delivery in the bottle price.
