Book in under a minute. Done in three steps.

No signup. No app. No phone call. Just a date, a zone, and how many bottles.

Step 1

Pick a slot

Open the booking page, choose Water Delivery, and pick a day. We deliver Monday through Saturday, 8am to 5pm. Slots are 30 minutes wide so you know roughly when we'll knock.

The form asks four things: how many 5-gallon bottles (1 to 50), your zone in Portland, your name, and a contact (WhatsApp number or email). It tells you the total before you submit.

Step 2

We deliver

We pick up your bottles from the supplier the morning of your slot. We knock when we arrive. If you have empties from a previous order we swap them out so you're not stuck with bottles to return.

Payment Phase 1 is cash on delivery or bank transfer (we'll send you account details). Online card payment opens later this year — you'll get a heads-up first.

Step 3

We learn your rhythm

After two deliveries we know how many days you usually run between orders. Three days before that gap closes we message you — "your last 5-bottle order was 11 days ago. Same again Friday?" Reply yes, the next delivery is locked. Reply no, we go quiet until you come back.

You're never on a contract. You're never auto-charged. We just save you the "oh no the last bottle is empty" moment.

What if I can't get to the booking page?

Send us a WhatsApp. Same result. We'll quote, lock the slot, and you'll get a confirmation message. Behind the scenes Karen — our scheduler — handles the booking either way. You don't have to know the difference.

First delivery on us to set up?

No — there's nothing to set up. You don't have an account. You book and we deliver.
