Where does the water come from?

Phase 1, we source 5-gallon bottled water from an established local supplier in Portland. The bottles are sealed at their plant — we handle the delivery, not the bottling. Our own filtration facility is planned for Phase 2 (Port Antonio town). When that opens, you'll know.

What size bottles do you deliver?

Standard 5-gallon (about 19 litre) bottled water — the kind that goes in a dispenser. We don't carry small retail bottles; those are easy to find in any shop.

Do I need to sign up or create an account?

No. Book on the site or message us on WhatsApp. We take your name, contact, and zone at booking time. No password, no app, no contract.

How do I pay?

Phase 1 is cash on delivery or bank transfer. We send transfer details after you book. Online card payment opens later this year — we'll message existing customers when it goes live.

What does the bottle deposit cover?

JMD $500 per bottle, on your first order only. It's refundable when you return the bottle. We swap empties for full ones on every later delivery, so most customers only pay this once.

How fast can you deliver?

Same-day if you book before noon and we have a slot. Next-day is standard. For Long Bay, Manchioneal and Buff Bay we batch deliveries by day so the zone fee stays reasonable — usually 2 day window for those.

Do you deliver outside Portland?

Not yet. If you're in St. Mary or St. Thomas and can pick up from the supplier in Port Antonio town, we'll coordinate that for free. Otherwise, message us — we may add zones if demand grows.

Can you set up automatic re-orders?

Sort of. We don't auto-charge or auto-deliver — you stay in control. After two deliveries we know your rhythm. A few days before you'd normally run out we message you one yes-or-no question. Reply yes, the next delivery is locked. Reply no, we go quiet until you come back.

I run a hotel or villa — can I get a wholesale rate?

Yes, for properties needing 10+ bottles weekly. We discount per-bottle and quote a flat zone fee. Tell us your property and weekly need and we'll come back with numbers within a day.

What if I'm not home when you deliver?

Tell us in the booking notes — we can leave bottles with a security guard, neighbour, or in a covered spot you specify. If nobody's reachable and we can't leave the bottles safely, we reschedule for the next day at no extra fee.

Is there a discount for large orders?

The bottle price is the same regardless of count, up to 50 bottles. For 50+ bottles or weekly hotel volumes we quote a custom rate that usually drops the per-trip cost.

Can I switch from delivery to pickup?

Anytime. The booking form has a delivery vs pickup toggle. Pickup from the supplier in town is free; you choose a 15-minute window and your bottles are ready.
